JUNIOR SUMMER HOCKEY 2023

Want to continue playing hockey with your friends over the summer, look to join summer hockey at Shenton Turf. It’s a great way to keep your skills up over the summer. It would be fantastic if you could support our Lions Shenton Summer Hockey competition rather than another club, as it helps fund our turf maintenance and other costs.

Details

• 20 min halves (Year 1-2, Year 3-4, Year 5-6) or 25 min halves (Year 7-8 & Year 9-12)
• 7-a-side social on ¼ field (Year 1-2, Year 3-4, Year 5-6) or 1/3 field (Year 7-8 & Year 9-12)
• Modified Rules apply
• Umpires Provided
• All Grades are mixed - need a minimum of 2 girls on the field at all times

Duration: 6 Week Season
Date Commencing: Thursday 20 October (Year 1-2, Year 3-4, Year 5-6) or Friday 21 October (Year 7-8 & Year 9-12)

TEAM NOMINATIONS CLOSE MONDAY 9th October 2023
Acceptance of nominations is on a first come first served basis

• Fixtures will be made available shortly after the registration period has closed.

• Lemnos Field Hockey reserves the right to reject registrations, names and uniforms.

PLEASE NOTE: These competitions are designed to be social, for fun, personal skills Development and social interaction with teammates over the summer break. Rules have been modified in an attempt to ensure games are generally equal. Unsportsmanlike behaviour cannot be tolerated and any player/team not abiding could be dismissed from the competition without a refund.
