Dear SLHC Members
As part of our end of year fundraising, we will be raising dough through the sale of Krispy Creme doughnuts, and we need your help please.
Attached is an order form. We’d love for you to collect orders from your family, neighbours, friends (the more doughnuts we sell, the more money the clubs receives … obviously). You are responsible for collecting the money for orders you gather from your family, friends, neighbours. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Order Form
Collate your orders into one order, which you will send to your team’s manger no later than Wednesday 16th August.
You will pay for your order by transferring the money owed to the club’s bank account Suburban Lions Hockey Club BSB: 306-084 Acc No: 0179461 and use the reference ‘KK team name surname’. For example ‘KK Scotch Lion Cubs Sullivan’ or ‘KK 40-2 Sullivan’.
Doughnuts will be ready for collection from Tregonning on Saturday 2nd September between 7.30am and 11.30am. You collect the doughnuts for the people you collected orders from.
